Biography
I am a final-year MEng Chemical Engineer with an interest in decarbonisation and sustainable process engineering. Throughout my studies and industrial experience, I have developed a passion for the energy transition and achieving net-zero, and am keen to apply my research and technical skills to these challenges. I have experience in process and experimental design, process optimisation, modelling and data analytics. My time at GSK was spent within the Drug Product Design team, primarily developing predictive models to characterise materials while reducing experimental resource requirements. I'm looking forward to applying these relevant skills, alongside my passion for developing pragmatic solutions, to the energy transition.
Quirks & Facts
Outside of academia and work, I love basketball and am part of the University's Men's 1st team. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, coffee, reading, board games, and exploring. A quirk of mine is that I love to tinker. My most recent project was fixing up a broken espresso machine that I now use daily. I've never struggled to find housemates since!
